3. Book your call. Pick a time for a 45-minute video call that works for you.
4. Our conversation. We go through whether you're a fit for the role, your strengths, what's missing, what to expect in the interview, how to frame your CV, and how to focus your search strategy from here.
5. Your takeaways. After the call, you get a written summary of everything we covered: the role, your strengths, your gaps, and my recommendations for your search.
