How it works

1. Book a career session. Choose a time for a 60-minute conversation focused on where you are and where you want to go.
2. Tell me what's on your mind. Send a short note on what you're trying to figure out, along with your CV. The more context you share, the more useful our session will be.
3. Career direction session. An open conversation where we map out your situation, explore your options honestly, and identify a realistic path forward — based on your goals and the market.
4. Session recap. A short written summary of what we discussed, the options we explored, and the next steps that make the most sense for you.
